OOIDA is filing a lawsuit concerning 'hot fuel' and their argument is that we are being ripped off especially in the warmer climates. Having hauled bulk liquids and determining specific gravities of them, I know that temperature plays a big part in the 'density' of the liquid. I disagree with your statement concerning item #1.
