Al Limberg spent 15 years in the trucking business before founding Omni Communications, Ltd. in 1993. He created Fuel Tax Manager in 1990 as a way to keep track of the fuel tax accounting of companies he leased to. His program became very popular and in 1993 he started Omni Communications. Ltd. to professionally market this product. Many customers needed an easy way to keep track of income and expenses so he designed PPM in 1996. Both of these products are overwhelmingly received by the trucking community and has been reviewed by Overdrive Magazine, Landline Magazine and many others.
