1. Q: What are your office hours?
Ans: Normal office hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Central Time) Monday - Friday.
2. Q: How do I contact someone at other times?
Ans: You may contact us one of two ways. You may leave a voice mail message at (920) 459-9511 or send an email to email@example.com. "On-call" support staff monitor both email and phone messages during non-business hours.
3. Q: Can I try Easy Trucking Software before I buy it?
Ans: Absolutely! In fact, we encourage you to do so, since refunds are only issued for software that doesn't perform correctly. Download a free demo or order the evaluation copy on CD.

5. Q: If I order a CD or manual, is my order shipped the same day I placed it?
It is shipped the same day pending payment verification. Orders placed at other times are shipped the next business day.
6. Q: Can I return Easy Trucking Software?

Ans: We must charge Wisconsin sales tax to all Wisconsin orders placed. The current sales tax rate is 5%.

11. Q: How quickly can I expect a response to an email?
Ans: The standard response time to an email request is eight hours. Of course, some messages require more research, and there are times that we get too many messages to respond to each one within our normal time frame.
