IRP REPORT
Below is a sample of what an IRP report could look like. This report shows you the total quarterly miles is a specific state and what
percentage of your miles for that same were used in each state listed. This information will help in your decision making for licensing
your truck(s).
To create an IRP report go the Main menu in your Easy Trucking Software program. Click on Fuel Manager and then click on the Reports
tab. Select the quarter and year you want to pull your information for. Then select your truck number and click on IRP report.
Your information will look something similar to what is below.
If you have multiple trucks, you can repeat this process for each truck.
If you want a combined report of all your trucks, leave the truck number area blank. This will then produce a report with total miles of
all your trucks and the percentage used in each state licensed.
To print this report, go to the top of the page and click on File in the toolbar. Then select Print. From this print screen, look
for the area that says Current Record and change it to Records Being Browsed. Then select Print.
Pretty easy and you have a your report.

TOTALS REPORT
When you are getting ready to prepare your quarterly IFTA report or just want to see how much fuel has been bought in your licensed states,
you’ll find the IFTA report very helpful.
From the Main menu in your Easy Trucking Software program, click on Fuel Manager. From the Trip Entry tab click on the Reports
tab.
Select the quarter and year you want your report to reflect. If you want totals on all your trucks for the quarter, leave the Truck Number
blank (highlight whatever is in this area and hit your delete key).
Then click on Totals.
Your report will look similar to the one below.
If you want to create reports for each truck, repeat the process and select your Truck Number before selecting Totals report. Repeat the
process for each truck you have.
To print this report go to File and select Print. On the Print screen be sure that you have selected Records Being Browsed, then hit the
Print button.
If the report cuts off part of the information on the right side of the report, change your page orientation from Portrait to Landscape and print
your report.

AUDIT REPORT
The Fuel Audit report is shown below. The information can be gathered by selection the quarter, year and truck number. If you want
the report to show all trucks combined, leave the truck number area blank. Then select Audit report. The report below is for Truck
123. All the information in this report comes from the information you typed into the Trip Entry screen in the Fuel Manager.

Fuel Cost Report
This information is gathered from the information you typed into the Trip Entry screen. The report below is a sample of one quarter’s
fuel for one truck. From this report you can see what states you travel in the most; the gallons of fuel you’ve purchased in each state and the
average cost per gallon. All the columns also total on the bottom of the report.
To create this report click on the Reports tab. Next select your quarter and year for your search and a truck number. If you want a
report that combines all your trucks on one report, leave the Truck Number area blank. Next select Fuel Cost Report.
